      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Ristikheina Kohvik OÜ asutati 2014. aasta mais. Ettevõtte põhitegevusalaks on kondiitri- ja pagaritoodete tootmine ning toitlustusteenuse pakkumine. Ettevõttel on kaks kohvikut ning alates 2024. aasta sügisest osutatakse toitlustusteenust ka Eesti Draamateatris.

      Ettevõtte peamisteks tootegruppideks on koogid ja tordid. Viimastel aastatel on laiendatud ka pagari- ja makaronitoodete tootmist, mis on mitmekesistanud ettevõtte tootevalikut ning suurendanud võimekust pakkuda klientidele laiemat valikut kvaliteetseid käsitöötooteid.

      2025. aastal jätkas ettevõte edukat arengut ning saavutas märkimisväärse müügitulu kasvu.

      Müügitulu ulatus 2 713 523 euroni (2024: 2 176 282 eurot), kasvades aastaga ligikaudu 25%. Kasvu toetas nii olemasolevate müügikohtade stabiilne tegevus kui ka toitlustusteenuse pakkumise laienemine ning klientide jätkuv usaldus ettevõtte toodete ja teenuste vastu.

      Aruandeaasta kasumiks kujunes 365 717 eurot (2024: 207 421 eurot), mis tähendab ligikaudu 76% kasvu võrreldes eelmise aastaga. Tulemuse paranemisele aitasid kaasa müügitulu suurenemine, tootmismahtude kasv ning kulude efektiivsem juhtimine.

      Ettevõte investeeris 2025. aastal materiaalsesse põhivarasse 79 551 eurot, mille tulemusel suurenes põhivara bilansiline maksumus 138 624 euroni. Investeeringud olid suunatud tootmisvõimekuse suurendamisele ning ettevõtte tegevuse efektiivsuse parandamisele.

      2025. aastal töötas ettevõttes keskmiselt 45 töötajat (2024: 43 töötajat). Juhatuse liikmetele maksti tasusid kokku 28 381 eurot (2024: 28 436 eurot).

      Aruandeperioodil mõjutasid ettevõtte tegevuskeskkonda jätkuvalt tooraine- ja tööjõukulude kasv ning tarbijate hinnatundlikkus. Vaatamata sellele püsis nõudlus kvaliteetsete, värskete ja kohalike kondiitri- ning pagaritoodete järele tugev ning ettevõte suutis oma turupositsiooni veelgi tugevdada.
