      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Marcellus OÜ põhitegevuseks 2025. majandusaastal oli põrandakatete paigaldus (EMTAK: 43331 Põranda ja seinakatete paigaldus).

      Ettevõttel on kaks tegevuskohta, milleks on Soome ja Eesti. Oleme käibe ja töötajate arvu poolest Eesti kolme suurima tehisvaikkatete paigaldusega tegeleva ettevõtte seas.

      2024. majandusaasta ületus eelnevalt pandud prognoose.

      Müügitulu aruandeaastal oli 1 196 825 eurot (2024. a 1 066 392 eurot), millest kasum oli 86 423 eurot (2024. a 79 854 eurot).

      Uuelt aastalt ootame töömahtude kerget tõusu ja tunneme, et oleme uue olukorraga kohanenud. Tuleval majandusaastal prognoosime, et käive

      Eestis ja Soomes jääb müügikäive samasse suurusjärku.

      Meie klientideks on peamiselt ettevõtted, kes vajavad koostööpartneriks ettevõtet, kellel on oskus pakkuda suuremat ja spetsiifilisemat põrandakatete valikut. Selle oskuse olemegi omandanud peamiselt välisturul tegutsedes.

      Ettevõtte peamiseks kliendigrupiks olid ärikliendid (99%).

      Põhiline kulu ettevõttel oli tööjõukulu, mis moodustas 583 965 euro suuruse summa.

      Keskmine töötajate arv aruandeaastal oli 10 töötajat. Uuel tegevusaastal jätkame olemasolevate töötajate koolitamise ning varustuse täiendamisega, et olla efektiivsem. Oleme realiseerinud töökeskkonna programmi ning jälgime töötajaskonna tervist, et olla oma tegevuses jätkusuutlikum.

      Majandusaastal kaasajastasime töövahendeid ning seadmeid, mis muutsid tööd efektiivsemaks kasvatades konkurentsivõimet ning nähes saadud tulemit jätkame vastavalt vajadusele investeerimist. Samuti soetasime põhivara, mis aitab olla teenuste pakkumisel paindlikum.

      Möödunud aastal kasvasid meie jaoks sisendkulud tööjõukulu ning materjalikulu ühikhindade näol.

      Käesoleval majandusaastal on plaanis pakkuda teenuseid ka kõrvaltegevusaladel, kus näeme nõudluse kasvu, et säilitada käivet ning pakkuda klientidele täisteenust.
