The main activity of OÜ Viinamärdi Talu, also for the year 2025, was to growing dairy sheep and produce sheep milk, which was transformed into cheeses and other dairy products.

The yearly turnover was about 270 000 €, that was about 5 % more than previous year. About 90 % of yearly turnover were dairy products manufactured in the company facility and sold to top quality shops and restaurants in Estonia.

In June 2025 was completed the new facility supported by PRIA (Põllumajanduse Registrite ja Informatsiooni Amet) under measure 4.2.1 (40 %) and a long term bank loan (49 %).

New building is about 500 m2, 2/3 of surface is new production areas and 1/3 is for a shop/cafeteria for direct selling of company products and organize events on farm.

New facility passed the veterinary checking and started to be operative in July 2025. The new facility will affect the yearly turnover in next economic year with an expected selling at least of 300 000 €.
