The main activity of OÜ Viinamärdi Talu, also for the year 2023, was to growing dairy sheep and produce sheep milk, which was transformed into cheeses and other dairy products.

The yearly turnover was more than 230 000 €, that was about 7 % more than previous year. About 95 % of yearly turnover were dairy products manufactured in the company facility and sold to top quality shops and restaurants in Estonia.

During the year the company got positive answer from PRIA (Põllumajanduse Registrite ja Informatsiooni Amet) under measure 4.2.1 for financing: - increasing of production areas (with capacity increased by double); - to build a shop/cafeteria for direct selling of company products and organize events on farm; - to buy modern equipment for gelato production.

During 2024 the plan is to buy the new gelato equipment and increase the production and turnover of gelato products.

Moreover implement the new building project in order to be ready during spring 2025.
