      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Juhanson OÜ alustas tegevust 16.07.2014 a.

      Aastal 2024 oli Juhanson OÜ müügitulu 119 362 eurot ja aruandeperioodil oli ettevõtte kahjum -1124 eurot. Aruandeperioodil suuremaid põhivarainvesteeringuid ei tehtud.

      Ettevõtte negatiivse omakapitali taastamiseks loobus tegevjuhtkond ning seotud pereliikmed oma antud laenudest 6690 euro ulatuses, et tagada seadusest tulenev minimaalne omakapitali nõue 2 500 eurot. Ettevõtte juhtkond on veendunud, et ettevõte on vaatamata raskustele jätkusuutlik ning aasta-aastalt aina tugevam.

      2024. aastal jätkasime tavapärast tegevust Mustamäe Keskuses ning muudes müügikanalites.

      2024. aasta eesmärkideks oli jätkuvalt tööprotsesside optimeerimine, ettevõtte struktuuri kinnistamine, vähem kasumlike ärisuundade asendamine kasumlike ärisuundadega. Kõik eelnev aitab ettevõttel kärpida kulusid ja toimida kasumlikumalt.

      Vaatamata kulude kärpimisele ja müügitulu 17% kasvule, ei suutnud ettevõte näidata kasvavate toorainekulude ning palgasurve valguses kasumlikkust. 2025. aasta eesmärkideks on müügitulu säilitamine/kasvatamine ning tööjõukulude edasine optimeerimine ning toorainekulu kärpimine.

      Juhatuse hinnangul on Juhanson OÜ jätkuvalt tegutsev majandusüksus.
