      Puffee OÜ majandusaasta on 01.01-31.12. Esmakanne oli 24.09.2014. Ettevõtte finantsseis on Soome maksuameti tõlgenduse tõttu ajutiselt oluliselt nõrgenenud. Tõlgenduse kohaselt on amet toidukaupadele tagasiulatuvalt kehtestanud aktsiisi ja kõrgendatud käibemaksu.

      Maksuhalduri otsuse peale on EL Komisjonile esitatud kaebus, mis suure tõenäosusega toob kaasa otsuse, kus maksuhaldur peab maksuotsused tühistama ja raha tagastama.
