      Sissejuhatus

      Missy OÜ asutati 10.11.2014.a.

      Peamisteks tegevusaladeks aruandeaastal oli ja 2024.aastal on: (cid:127) tööjõu rent EMTAK koodi 78201 järgi.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum

      Aruandeaastal moodustas Missy OÜ müügitulu 63 208 (2022 : 45 180) eurot, suurenedes aastaga 39,90%.

      Ettevõtte ärikasumiks kujunenes 1 564 (2022 : 2 139) eurot ja puhaskahjumiks jäi -1 436 (2022 : 2 139) eurot.

      Investeeringud

      Aruandeaastal investeeringuid põhivaradesse ei tehtud.

      2024. aastaks investeeringuid põhivaradesse planeeritud ei ole.

      Olulisi uurimis- ja arendustegevuse kulusid aruandeaastal ei esinenud ja 2024.aastaks ei ole samuti planeeritud.

      Personal

      Aruandeaastal ettevõttes töötajaid ei olnud. Juhatuses on üks liige, eraldi tegevjuhti ei ole. Juhatuse liikmele eraldi tasu ei makstud. Eraldi soodustusi ja tasu juhatuse liikme tagasikutsumisel või ametist lahkumisel ei ole ette nähtud.

      Eesmärgid järgmiseks majandusaastaks

      Missy OÜ põhieesmärgiks 2024 aastal on jätkata 2022.aastal alustatud tööjõuvahenduse teenuse pakkumisega. Erilist tähelepanu pööratakse kasumlikkuse suurendamisele.

      Ettevõtte juhatus planeerib uusi võimalusi käibe suurendamiseks ja tegevuse laiendamiseks.
