      Tegevusaruanne 2022

      Prontix UÜ on 31.01.2022 otsuse alusel ümber kujundatud osaühinguks ärinimega Shambala OÜ. Shambala OÜ peamiseks tegevusalaks on

      Malla mõisa ilu ja väe taastamine.

      Shambala OÜ esimene aasta Malla mõisas on läinud sisseelamise tähe all. On olnud palju korrastamist, investeeringuid ja ehitamist, et saada nii hooned kui ka aed paremaks ja kasutatavamaks. Järgneval aastal on fookuses vähemalt üks mõisa hoonetest panna tulu teenima ning rohkem rahvast ja erinevaid sündmusi sisse tuua, mis samuti tulu tooksid.

      Aruandeperioodi ettevõtte müügitulu oli 192 eurot. Ettevõtte kahjumiks kujunes 10 950 eurot. Kahjum kaetakse tulevikus majandustegevusega.
