We are a small practice providing architectural and design services in Rakvere, focusing on renovation of dwellings and smaller new constructions. Our approach is practical and detailed: the aim is clear, responsible and local-based design, which makes the process understandable to the contracting authority and the construction company.

Many of the challenges facing private house owners, small developers and construction companies together are recurring - documents supporting the permit, precise technical scope and clear responsibility for the project are needed. If these parts are vague, the process will be delayed and additional questions will arise on the construction site.

Help to compile documentation of the permit and construction project and offer the service of the designer and design advisor, being one of the customer's contact points throughout the process. This means that the projects are moving forward with a common responsibility and coordination, which simplifies the permit and construction stages and gives the builders a clear basis for their work.

We differ in our local footprint and small size: the design is managed by Taavi Korsar, a registered MTR project designer, who ensures personal and rapid communication and a practical solution from a focused team. We are focusing our work on ensuring that smaller reconstruction and housing projects are carried out in a transparent manner, in accordance with the law and without unnecessary complexity.
