      Sissejuhatus

      Marteson OÜ asutati 15.01.2015 ja ettevõtte põhitegevusala 2023. aastal oli Katusetööd, EMTAK koodi 43911 järgi; 2023.a jätkas Marteson OÜ oma koostööd ja kliendisuhteid Rootsi juhtivate ehitus- ja plekitöid teostavate firmadega.

      Investeeringud

      Aruandeaastal investeeringuid põhivaradesse ei tehtud. 2024. aastaks investeeringuid põhivaradesse planeeritud ei ole.

      Arengu- ja uurimisväljaminekud Aruandeaastal arengu- ja uurimisväljaminekuid ei olnud. 2024. aastaks uurimis- ja arenguväljaminekuid samuti ette näha ei ole.

      Töötajad

      Aruandeaastal oli ettevõtte keskmine töötajate arv 0 (2022 : 2). Kogu tööjõukulu kokku oli 1000 eurot. Ettevõtte juhatuses on 1 liige, eraldi tegevjuhti ei ole. Juhatuse liikmele eraldi tasu juhatuse liikme töö eest ei makstud. Juhatuse liikme tagasikutsumisel või ametist lahkumisel ei ole ette nähtud eraldi soodustusi ja tasu.

      Eesmärgid 2024.a eesmärkideks on ettevõttel kavas kasvatada kliendibaasi ning saavutada 2 kordne käibe ja kasumi kasv, arendades omatoodete tootmis võimeksut ja laiendades pakutavate teenuste-kaupade hulka.
