      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OÜ Juulamõis tegeles lõppenud majandusaastal peamiselt enda omandis oleva kinnisvara rendile andmisega (EMTAK 68201) ja lisaks teiste kõrvaltegevustega, mille müügitulu kokku oli 12´295 eurot.

      2023 aastal algasid ja terve 2024. aasta kestsid laiaulatuslikud renoveerimistööd Peipsiääre vallas, Tedrekülas vana kuivati ümberehitamiseks kaasaegseks puhkemajaks. Tegevust toetas LEADER-programm.

      2025 aasta jaanuaris sai hoone kasutusloa.

      Järgmisel majandusaastal jätkatakse tegevust samal alal.
