Boosting Revenue. The continuation of the global Covid pandemic in 2021 provided us with more momentum than planned in both the private and business client segments. This was largely due to the fact that people were staying at home, leading to a redirection of expenditures. Money that was previously spent elsewhere found its way into home and yard renovations or modernizations. However, the onset of the war in Ukraine and the global inflationary environment at the beginning of 2022 made consumption in both the private and business sectors more cautious. Despite uncertain times in our region and economy, sales revenue grew by 27.56% compared to 2021, while profit, on the other hand, decreased by 94.88%. The decrease in profit was due to significant increases in input prices and the onset of bankruptcies in related companies, which led to hopeless claims. The periodic increase in investments and expenses related to creating one's own home also affected profit. Involvement of Investments. In the 2021 fiscal year, we were the first company dealing with dump trucks to publicly raise crowdfunding. At the end of 2022, we started a new crowdfunding campaign, which allowed interested parties to invest until the end of January 2023. The goal of the 2022/2023 crowdfunding campaign is to launch a new B2B-oriented SaaS platform AYREN.

The entire process of raising money was a long and complicated journey, but it led to a successful and victorious end. As of the submission of the annual report, a total of 107,548 euros was raised, of which the nominal value of the share capital is 512 euros and the premium is 107,036 euros. Thanks to the investments raised, we are able to gain valuable time in terms of development speed. Development Activities. In 2022, we increased our fleet from 19 to 30 machines and continued the development of the Ayren heavy equipment management software, with the aim of becoming a global leader in the provision of heavy equipment management platforms, especially in the construction sector. We have proven ourselves as a functioning company that has achieved a lot and can make big changes in the market. Our own fleet, long-term experience in the field and its digitization in a rapidly developing home market create unique opportunities to develop and test products for the global market. Our plan is to continue the main activity in Estonia, but today we are on the threshold where we need to undergo a transformation into an information technology company in order to conquer the world and continue the growth so far. Creating Your Own Home. Since the establishment of the company, we have operated with our base on rented premises in Lasnamäe. What served its purpose 3-7 years ago no longer met the goals for a developing company. The outdated Soviet-era rooms were not suitable for representative premises, nor were the small 15m2 rooms sufficient for the constantly growing team's workspaces. A bigger problem, however, concerned the technology - there were no proper washing systems and the Isekallur machines no longer fit into the parking lot. Therefore, we concluded a lease and pre-emptive purchase agreement for the exclusive possession of a logistics center located near the airport and took subtenants ourselves. The entire building construction is being completed following our instructions and advice, taking into account our needs and requirements. Owning your own building is the greatest freedom you can afford - it allows almost infinite growth in terms of people and technology over the next 5-10 years, the building has about 1000m2 of office space, 600m2 of heavy equipment workshop, the latest heavy equipment self-washing system and 11000m2 of outdoor space. Recognition. We are the first dump truck company in Europe to have successfully raised crowdfunding, Top 10 Young Entrepreneur 2021 (Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, LHV and the Young Entrepreneur Top selected by the President of Estonia), 4x in a row Äripäeva gazelle. The introduction of new solutions and the expected IT solutions will help Isekallur OÜ to start marketing and exporting license-based management software in addition to transport. IT solutions, unlike technology, can be exported much more easily and quickly. The first test market for the product is Estonia, i.e. the software is produced and tested in Estonia and then sold on export markets in Europe and the USA.
