Our company creates practical and technically correct solutions in the area of building design and restoration. We work with both private and public contracting entities, offering an approach that focuses on clarity, compliance and understanding of the needs of the customer.

The contracting authorities are often haunted by the same questions: how to get the necessary project documentation from creation to building permits, where to get accurate surveys for renovation, how to demonstrate the energy efficiency of the building and how to solve the specificities of the permits and protected buildings. These requirements make planning and decision-making difficult without a clear basis and experience.

Our work provides the basis for this: we combine design and documentation services, precise baselines, realistic visuals, and energy documentation and advice to help customers make judicious decisions and bring the projects to a limestone state.

Our work makes us different in practical and detailed way, as well as in long experience in renovation and adaptation of residential buildings. We operate throughout Estonia and have also carried out projects in the Baltic Sea region, and we prepare documentation in accordance with local standards, including EVS 932:2017, where appropriate.
