      Netister OÜ on loodud 2016 aastal.

      Tegevusalaks on: Kütuste, maakide, metallide ja tööstuskemikaalide vahendamine - EMTAK kood 46121

      Alates 2022. aastal kahanes ja muutus Euroopa majandus pärast Venemaa Ukraina sõda.

      Kuna Netister OÜ äritegevus oli tihedalt seotud Venemaaga, puudutas see väga tugevasti ettevõtte kauba tarneid antud riigist.

      2023.a. lõppes äritegevus Venemaaga.

      Sellega seoses otsitakse võimalust majandustegevuse jätkamiseks.

      Ettevõtte peamised kaubaartiklid olid betuum,õlid ja orienteeritud peamiselt Venemaa tarnijatele, siis hetkel sama kauba hankimine maailmaturult on raskendatud majanduslikult sobilku toorme leidmiseks.

      2024.a. kogu käive oli 937209 eurot.

      2024.a. kasum oli 1936 eurot

      Tegevused 2025.a.

      Kuni uute turgude otsimise või eelneva äritegevuse taastumiseni on vabad rahalised vahendid paigutatud tähtajalisele hoiusele. Otsus on tehtud selleks, et teenida hoiuste pealt intressitulu, et katta jooksvaid kulusid.

      2025 aastal ettevõtte on jätkuvalt tegutsev.
