      Osaühing Liidukivi asutati 12.06.2015.a. Asutamisel oli äriühingu ärinimeks Listonia Kivi OÜ.

      Listonia Kivi OÜ omandas 100% osaluse osaühingus Liidukivi. 23.11.2015 kanti registrisse Listonia Kivi OÜ ja osaühingu Liidukivi ühinemiskanne, kus ühendavaks ühinguks oli Listonia Kivi OÜ. Ühinemise järel jätkas äriühing tegevust Liidukivi OÜ nime all.

      Ühendatud osaühing Liidukivi tegeles alates 1998. aastast kivi töötlemisega.

      Pärast ühinemist jätkas osaühing Liidukivi põhitegevusena kivi töötlemist. Osaühingu Liidukivi toodangust üle 75% läheb teistesse riikidesse, peamiselt Rootsi ja Soome. 2023 aasta käbeks kujunes ligi 1.925 miljonit eurot.

      Järgmisel aastal jätkab Liidukivi OÜ samal tegevusalal. Peamine eesmärk on suurendada tootmismahtusid, laiendada pakutavate toodete valikut ja viia lõpule 2023 aastal alanud müügivõrgu ümberkujundamine.

      Jätkub müügitegevuse arendamine Eestis ja väljaspool Eestit.
