      Investego OÜ põhitegevusalaks on registreeritud EMTAK 81301- Maastiku hooldus ja korrashoid.

      Ettevõtte peamised pakutavad teenused suveperioodil on: aia kavandamine, rajamine, hooldamine, kujundamine; haljasalade kavandamine, rajamine, hooldamine, koristamine; heki kujundamine, rajamine, lõikamine; muru rajamine, hooldamine, niitmine, õhutamine; põõsaste ja puude lõikamine; viljapuude ja marjapõõsaste lõikamine; umbrohutõrje; tänavakivide/unikivide survepesutöid; sügiskoristus (lehtede riisumine).

      Pakutavad teenused talvisel perioodil on: lumekoristus; libeduse tõrje graniidi, liiva ja soolaga (NaCl); lume äravedu; lume ladustamine; lumekoristus katuselt, jääpurikate eemaldamine.

      Müügikäive oli aruandeperioodil kokku 308 599 eurot, millest 51% oli maastiku hooldus ja korrashoiutööd ning 49% lume- ja libedusetõrje tööd.

      Investego OÜ peamised kliendid on korteriühistud, büroo- ja tootmisehooned, restoranid, maanteede hooldajad, vallad ning teised haldusteenust pakkuvad ettevõtted.

      Osaühingu juhatus koosneb ühest liikmest, kellele aruande perioodil arvestati töötasu.

      Vaatamata müügitulu kergele langusele 2024. aastal võrreldes 2023. aastaga, suudeti oluliselt suurendada aruandeaasta kasumit. See saavutati tänu kulude efektiivsemale juhtimisele ning paremale ressursside jaotusele. Ettevõte jätkas masinapargi korrigeerimist ja uuendamist, et tagada teenuste kvaliteet ja tõhusus. Müüdi põhivarad, mida ei saanud täies mahus kasutada. Keskenduti olemasolevate muruhoolduslepingute hoidmisele, mis tagasid ettevõtte likviidsuse. Suuremat tähelepanu pöörati finantsdistsipliinile ja kulude kontrollile, mis aitas kaasa kasumi kasvule.

      2025. aastal plaanib Investego OÜ jätkata tegevuse efektiivsemaks muutmist, investeerida uutesse tehnoloogiatesse ja seadmetesse, et parandada teenuste kvaliteeti ja laiendada teenuste valikut. Samuti on plaanis aktiivsemalt otsida uusi kliente ja lepinguid, et suurendada müügitulu. Ettevõte jätkab finantsdistsipliini järgimist ja kulude kontrolli, et tagada jätkusuutlik ja kasumlik tegevus.
