      Investego OÜ põhitegevusalaks on registreeritud EMTAK 81301- Maastiku hooldus ja korrashoid.

      Ettevõtte peamised pakutavad teenused suveperioodil on: (cid:127) aia kavandamine, rajamine, hooldamine, kujundamine; (cid:127) haljasalade kavandamine, rajamine, hooldamine, koristamine; (cid:127) heki kujundamine, rajamine, lõikamine; (cid:127) muru rajamine, hooldamine, niitmine, õhutamine; (cid:127) põõsaste ja puude lõikamine; (cid:127) viljapuude ja marjapõõsaste lõikamine; (cid:127) umbrohutõrje; (cid:127) tänavakivide/unikivide survepesutöid; (cid:127) sügiskoristus (lehtede riisumine).

      Pakutavad teenused talvisel perioodil on: (cid:127) lumekoristus; (cid:127) libeduse tõrje graniidi, liiva ja soolaga (NaCl); (cid:127) lume äravedu; (cid:127) lume ladustamine; (cid:127) lumekoristus katuselt, jääpurikate eemaldamine.

      Müügikäive oli aruandeperioodil kokku 356 018 eurot, millest 51% oli maastiku hooldus ja korrashoiutööd ning 48% lume- ja libedusetõrje tööd. 1% moodustas kogu müügikäibest sõiduauto renditeenus.

      Investego OÜ peamised kliendid on korteriühistud, büroo- ja tootmisehooned, restoranid, maanteede hooldajad, vallad ning teised haldusteenust pakkuvad ettevõtted.

      Osaühingu juhatus koosneb ühest liikmest, kellele aruande perioodil arvestati töötasu.

      2023. aastal jätkunud inflatsioon, intressimäärade kasv ja suured hinnatõusud varuosade, kütuse ja tehnikaremondi valdkonnas on avaldanud loomulikku mõju ettevõtte kasuminäitajatele. Siiski on Investego OÜ suutnud hoida kriisi ajal kompetentset meeskonda ning töölisi motiveerivat palgataset.

      2024. aastal on Investego OÜ-l plaanis korrigeerida enda masinaparki, müüa põhivarad, mida ei saa kasutada täies mahus ning võimalusel kasutada hooajalist renditehnikat. Lisaks on hoitud olemasolevaid lepinguid muruhoolduses, mis tagab ettevõtte jätkusuutlikuse ja likviidsuse.
