      Ettevõtte tegevusvaldkond

      Ettevõte osutab professionaalseid pesuteenuseid nii eraisikutele kui äriklientidele. 2024. aastal osutati teenuseid pesu pesemiseks, kuivatamiseks, triikimiseks ning vajadusel ka transpordiks. Ettevõtte klientideks on muuhulgas hotellid, restoranid, spaad ja kontorid. Aasta jooksul töötas ettevõttes keskmiselt 5 inimest.

      Majandustulemused 2024. aastal teenis ettevõte müügitulu 272 588 eurot, mis on umbes 20.6% väiksem kui eelneval aastal (343 335 €). Langus on seotud muutustega kliendibaasis ning mõnevõrra vähenenud teenuste mahuga. Aruandeaasta kasumiks kujunes 62 868 eurot, mis on 50% rohkem kui 2023. aastal (41 926 €). Tugev kasumlikkus saavutati efektiivse kulude juhtimise abil ning tänu vähenenud tööjõukuludele ja tegevuskuludele.

      Kulude analüüs

      Töötajate arvu vähenemise tõttu vähenesid ka tööjõukulud -25.2%, ulatudes 87 742 euroni (2023: 117 321 €). Mitmesugused tegevuskulud langesid 14.6%, ja kauba ning materjalikulud vähenesid 33.9%. Kulumikulud vähenesid samuti, ulatudes 44 738 euroni. Kokkuvõttes viis see ettevõtte ärikasumi 76 603 euroni, mis on võrreldes 2023. aastaga (56 590 €) oluliselt kõrgem. Intressikulud jäid sarnasele tasemele (2024: 13 784 €, 2023: 14 720 €).

      Finantsseisund

      Ettevõtte bilansi seisuga 31.12.2024 oli varasid kokku 352 372 eurot, millest 298 396 eurot moodustasid materiaalsed põhivarad (pesumaja seadmed, masinad, inventar). Käibevarad moodustasid 53 976 eurot, omakapital kasvas 84 285 eurolt 147 153 euroni. Ettevõtte finantspositsioon on seega tugevnenud.

      Investeeringud

      Aastal 2024 ei tehtud uusi investeeringuid põhivarasse. Ettevõtte tegevus põhines olemasoleval tehnoloogial ja seadmetel, mille kulumit kajastati tavapäraselt. 2025.a. ei ole plaanis investeeringuid teha

      Riskid ja tulevikuväljavaated

      Peamised riskid on seotud klientide tellimusmahtude muutlikkusega, seadmete hooldusvajadusega ning tööjõu kättesaadavusega. Ettevõte plaanib 2025. aastal keskenduda teenuste kvaliteedi säilitamisele, kliendisuhete tugevdamisele ning vajadusel tööprotsesside automatiseerimisele kulude optimeerimise eesmärgil.
