      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Rauamarket OÜ on asutatud ja põhikiri kinnitatud 26.11.2015. Osanikud tegid sissemaksena osakapitali 2500 eurot .Ettevõttel on üks osanik, kes on ka juhatuse liige.

      Ettevõtte põhitegevusalaks on metalli vahendamine , lisaks klientide poolt tellitud metallist toodete valmistamine. Selle tarbeks on renditud kauplus- töökoda.

      2024 a. müügitulu oli 87 618.- eurot - põhiliselt tegeleti metalli vahendusega, samas ka tööriistade soetamise ja töökoja ettevalmistamisega tootmistöödeks.2024.majandusaasta oli ümberkorralduste aasta 2024. a. kasutasime VÕS lepinguga töötajat vastavalt projektide vajadustele kuid põhitöö tegi ettevõte omanik,et hoida tegevuskulusid madalana ja tulla välja 2023.aastal tekkinud majanduslangusest.

      Juhatus on üheliikmeline . Juhatuse liikmeks olemise eest eraldi tasu ei maksta.

      2025.aasta majandusaastaks on planeeritud tegeletakse müügitulu kasvuga ja tegevuskulude optimeerimisega et majandustulemused oleksid efektiivsemad
