Ettevõtte põhitegevuseks on erinevatel aegadel olnud erinevad tegevused. Ettevõte tegeleb rendile võetud metsamaadel metsa istutuse ja noorendike hooldusega. Vajadusel peab OÜ Roigu rendimaadel puhastama ja rajama kuivendussüsteeme. 2025. aasta peamine tegevus oli ärinõustamine. Lisaks tegeleti reklaami pakkumisega.

OÜ Roigu hooldada on ca 30 ha metsamaad.
