We are a Tartu-based consulting office for landscape architecture that combines the research approach with practical project work. In our work, the central idea is to create and maintain outdoor spaces in such a way that they reflect local history, location and modern needs for use.

Many municipalities, developers and heritage holders face complex choices: how to design new public spaces, restore historical parks in accordance with protection requirements or document the effects of the landscape in support of planning decisions. We also feel the need to strengthen local skills in the field of landscape concepts and heritage management.

Our approach links design, spatial planning and historical research to one of the integrated services that will help customers formalize decisions, ensure proper supervision and enhance professional capacity through training and cooperation. We carry out the work for both public and private projects, in view of the regulatory framework and the specific nature of the place.

We differ, in particular, in terms of competence and experience in the field of heritage protection, and in terms of strong cooperation with local officials, heritage organisations and communities. Our goal is to support thoughtful, documented and local value-conserving solutions that help to preserve and further develop cultural and natural landscapes.
