      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Lydia hotell OÜ peamisteks tegevusteks on aastast 2016 majutus-, toitlustus- ja konverentsiteenuse osutamine.

      Ettevõtte eesmärk on maksimaalse kliendirahulolu pakkumine, turupositsiooni tugevdamine piirkonnas ning külalistele mitmekesiste kvaliteetteenuste pakkumine.

      Lydia hotell omab kolmandat aastat järjest Green Key kestlikkuse sertifikaati ning restoran Hõlm on soovitatud Michelin Guide poolt kui ka teist aastat järjest Falstaff Guide nimistus Tartu parim restoran.

      2024. aasta oli Tartu Kultuuripealinn ning ootused olid nii käibe- kui ka kasumikasvuks. Külastajate arvu tõusu ootus oli nii sise- kui välisturistide vaates ja seda nii majutuse- kui toitlusosakonnas.

      Paraku külastajate arvu tõus ei olnud ootuspärane ning tõus oli ainult ca 3%, millest siseturistide osakaal langes 3% ning välisturistide osakaal tõusis 6%.

      Lisandunud tööjõukulude kasv, sisseostatavate teenuste ja kaupade hindade tõus tingis küll toitlustuse kasumi languse, kuid a la carte toitlustuse käivet suudeti tõsta.

      2025. aastal tõuseb nii majutuse kui suvest ka toitlustuse käibemaks ning see koos ostujõu langusega loob väga suure väljakutse käibe ja kasumi kasvuks. Sellest hoolimata on 2025. aasta eesmärk jätkata teenuste ja toodete täiustamist ja parendamist, et pakkuda enda külalistele veel suuremat rahulolu, kvaliteeti ning lojaalsust. Samuti kaardistada ja viia ellu vajalikke muudatusi nii kulude optimeerimise kui ka jätkusuutlikuma tegutsemise vaatevinklis. 2025.aastal on võetud eesmärgiks uute lisaväärtuste tekitamiseks.
