      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Lydia hotell OÜ peamisteks tegevusteks on aastast 2016 majutus-, toitlustus- ja konverentsiteenuse osutamine.

      Ettevõtte eesmärk on maksimaalse kliendirahulolu pakkumine, turupositsiooni tugevdamine piirkonnas ning külalistele mitmekesiste kvaliteetteenuste pakkumine.

      Lydia hotell omab neljandat aastat järjest Green Key kestlikkuse sertifikaati ning restoran Hõlm on soovitatud Michelin Guide poolt kui ka kolmandat aastat järjest Falstaff Guide nimistus Tartu parimate restoranide seas. 2025. aastal kuulutati esmakordselt välja Falstaff Nordic Eesti parimate hotellide nimekiri ning Lydia hotellil õnnestus saavutada Tartus nr. 1 hotelli tiitel.

      2025. aasta oli majanduslikult keeruline aasta just eeskätt majutuse kui suvest ka toitlustuse käibemaksu tõusu tõttu ning väljakutse käibe ja kasumikasvuks võrreldes aasta varasemaga oli väga suur. Kultuuripealinna järgsel aastal langes külastajate arv 5% ning toitlustuse käibenumber ca 1%.

      Lisandunud tööjõukulude kasv, sisseostatavate teenuste ja kaupade hindade tõus tingis omakorda kasumi languse.

      2026. aasta eesmärk on tõsta külastatavust nii hotellis kui restoranis. Seda läbi eesmärgipäraste müügi,- ja turundustegevuste, uute müügikanalite rakendamise ning lisandväärtuse pakkumisega. Samuti jätkata teenuste ja toodete täiustamist ja parendamist, et pakkuda enda külalistele veel suuremat rahulolu, kvaliteeti ning lojaalsust. 2026. aastaks on planeeritud uue lisandväärtuse baari avamine hotelli lougne. Vajalik on kaardistada ja viia ellu vajalikke muudatusi nii kulude optimeerimise kui ka jätkusuutlikuma tegutsemise vaatevinklis.
