      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      TTN Eesti OÜ oli asutatud apriilis 2016. Ettevõtte põhitegevusala on vahendamine lennupiletite müügil.

      2024 a. realiseerimise netokäive moodustas 12 279 839 eurot(2023.a. 8 934 918 eurot). Ettevõtte 2024.a. kasum on 1 498 938 eurot(2023.a.kasum on 1 832 465 eurot), kuna tegevusvaldkond oli soodne.

      2024. aastal omakapital moodustas 6 975 920 EUR. 2023. aastal 5 476 982 eurot. Omakapital vastab äriseadustiku nõuetele.

      TTN Eesti OÜ tegevus ei ole hooajaline ning ettevõte tegutseb terve aasta. Valuutakurside kõikumine ei mõjuta oluliselt OÜ tegevustulemust.

      2025 .a. plaanides on jätkata sama tegevusalal. Aruandeaastal ettevõte investeeris immateriaalse põhivara soetamisesse 1 901 275 eurot(2023.a. 1 587 308 eurot).

      Juhatus koosneb kahest liikmest. 2024.aastal juhatuse liikme tasu moodustas 24 174 eurot(2023.a. 24 120 eurot).
