      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Hõbekeskus OÜ on astatud 2017 aastal. Põhitegevuseks on Kuressaares asuva vabaajakeskuse "Thule Koda" arendamine ja haldamine.

      Thule Koda ehitus lõpetati juulis 2019 ja avati rahvale augustis 2019.

      Olulisi investeeriguid aruande aastla ei tehtud. 2025 aastaks ootame külastatavuse ja käibe tõusu, pöörates suuremat rõhku ürituste korraldamisele.

      Juhatuse tööd ei tasustatud. Keskmine töötajate arve oli aruande aastal 7 (2023. aasta 8). Tööjõu kulude summa oli aruande aastal 99 072 eurot (2023. aastala 108 143).

      Aruane aasta lõpetas ettevõte 99 520 euro suure kasumiga (2023. aastal 103 527 eurot).

      Varade puhasrentaablus (ROA) = Aruandeaasta kasum/ Varade maksumus (keskmine) 2024 - 4,86% (2023 - -4,57%)

      Omakapitali puhasrentaablus (ROE) = Aruandeaasta kasum/ Omakapital 2024 - 112,68% (2023 - -924,51%)

      Maksevõime kordaja = (käibevara-varud) / Lühiajalised kohustused 2024 - 0,68 (2023 - 0,52)

      Kohustuste suhe omakapitali = koguvõlg / omakapital 2024 - 20,95 (2023 - -193,65)

      Võlakordaja = koguvõlg / koguvara 2024 - 0,95 (2023 - 1,01)
