      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Ränilinna Ehituse OÜ asutati 2016. aastal eesmärgiga hakata tegelema elamute/korterelamute ehitusega. 2023. aastal jätkati alustatud projektide lõpuleviimist.

      2023. aastat peame jätkuvalt keeruliseks seoses Ukraina sõja, Euribori tõusu, nõudluse vähenemisega. 2023. aastal sisendhinnad mõnevõrra langesid, volatiivsus vähenes. Samas tööjõu hinnad ei vähenenud vaid pigem stabiliseerusid.

      2023. aastal Ränilinna Ehituse OÜ käive vähenes 50%. Positiivseks peame kasumisse jõudmist.

      2024. aasta alguses on jätkuvalt näha vähest ehitushuvi elamukinnisvaras. Seadusemuudatused on toonud kaasa halduskoormuse suurenemise ja seeläbi palgakulude kasvu. 2024. aastaks investeeringuid ei planeerita. Soovime parandada rahavoogusid selleks, et tähtaegselt täita kohustusi. Usume, et ehitusturg stabiliseerub ja Eurobori languse jätkudes asub tõusule kõige varem 2025. aastal
