      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Metkon Projekt OÜ on asutatud 21. juulil 2016. Ettevõtte põhitegevusalaks on rõdu-, trepikoja- ja muude piirete tootmine ning paigaldamine. Kasutatavateks materjalideks on must metall, roostevaba teras ning klaas.

      Meie visiooniks on kujuneda arvestatavaks piirete tootjaks Skandinaavia turul ning missiooniks on pakkuda klientidele kvaliteetset, innovaatilist ja optimaalse tarneajaga teenust.

      Ettevõtte klientideks on peamiselt peatöövõtjad, kuid pakume piirdelahendusi ka eraklientidele. 2025. aastal olid olulisemad projektid Eestis järgmised: Volta kvartali uued hooned, Keila uus keskus, Patkuli trepi käsipuu,

      Marjamäe Kodude viimane hoone, Karjamaa kool ning Loitsu lasteaed. Lisaks jätkus aktiivne tegevus välisturgudel, kus silmapaistvamad projektid olid Oslos asuv tenniseklubi ning Soomes Myllypohja linnas asuv koolimaja.

      Ettevõttele oli 2024. aasta üldiselt edukas ning selle jätkuks tegime investeeringuid seadmetesse ja meeskonna suurendamisse, lähtudes ootustest, et 2025. aastal jätkub ettevõtte käibe kasv. 2025. aasta turg aga seda ei soosinud ning esines märgatav ehitusmahtude vähenemine nii eksporditurgudel kui ka koduturul. Turu taastumine algas alles aasta teises pooles ning sellest ei piisanud eelnevate aastate käibetaseme hoidmiseks.

      Kasum vähenes, kuna olime arvestanud käibe kasvuga. 2025. aastal vähenes käive ligikaudu 10% võrreldes eelneva aastaga. Samas leidsime eksporditurgudel uusi kliente, mis loob hea aluse järgnevaks aastaks ning võimaldab tegevuse taas kasvule suunata.

      Metkoni jaoks oli 2025. aasta ehitusturg väga volatiilne, seda peamiselt välismõjude tõttu, ning eeldatavasti jätkub see trend ka järgmisel aastal. Kuna oleme 2025. aasta lõpuks sõlminud lepinguid juba 2026. aastaks, prognoosime hetkel, et 2026. aasta kujuneb edukamaks ning ettevõtte kasv jätkub.

      2026.aasta eesmärgiks on ettevõttel suurendada ekspordikäivet ning seeläbi keskenduda igapäevaselt tootete
