Kirjutan vastuseks hiljutisele teatele XNTECH OÜ 2024. aasta lõppenud majandusaasta finantstulemuste kohta. Kuigi ettevõte kajastas kahjumit – peamiselt jooksvate pangandus- ja halduskulude tõttu, mis ületasid jooksvaid tulusid –, soovin selgitada, et see olukord on ajutine.

I am writing in response to the recent notification concerning the financial performance of XNTECH OÜ for the year ending 2024. While the company did record a loss—primarily due to ongoing banking and administrative expenses exceeding current revenues—I wish to clarify that this situation is temporary.

Although the company is not currently engaged in sales or service activities, we have taken preparatory steps toward business development.

Notably, in March 2024, XNTECH OÜ entered into a legally binding Trademark Transfer Agreement with EXANTECH LTD, under which we acquired full rights to several EU-registered trademarks, including “Exantech.” This agreement is active, valid, and a strategic part of our branding and intellectual property portfolio.

We plan to commercialize the “Exantech” brand through technology-based services and digital product offerings. The trademark acquisition represents a significant step in this direction and will form the basis of our future business activity.
