      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      1Aruandlus OÜ asutati augustis 2016. aastal eesmärgiga osutada pakendi- ja intrastat aruannete esitamise teenuseid Eesti ettevõtetele.

      Nüüdseks on ettevõte tõusnud juhtivaks pakendiaruandluse teenust pakkuvaks ettevõtteks Eestis, kes osutab teenuseid lisaks Eesti ettevõtetele ka Eesti ettevõtete tütarettevõtetele välismaal, kui ka teistele välismaa ettevõtetele.

      Ettevõte pakub lisaks pakendiaruandlusega seotud teenustele ka elektri- ja elektroonikaseadmete aruandluse teenust, impordi ja ekspordi tollideklaratsioonide teenust, jätkusuutlikkuse aruandluse (ESG) koostamise ja nõustamise teenust. Lisaks pakub ettevõte ka pakendiauditite jaoks ettevalmistavaid teenuseid ja sellealast nõustamist.

      2025. aasta oli ettevõtte jaoks edukas. Kasvas kliendibaas ning olemasolevate klientide teenusemaht suurenes. Ettevõte on kogu tegevusperioodi vältel olnud kasumlik.

      2026. aastal jätkab ettevõte uute klientide leidmist ning olemasolevate klientide teenusemahu suurendamist. Kasvupotentsiaali nähakse eelkõige pakendiaruandluse valdkonnas, kus Euroopa Liidu regulatiivsed nõuded jätkuvalt karmistuvad. Uus Euroopa Liidu pakendite ja pakendijäätmete määrus (PPWR) jõustus 2025. aasta veebruaris, kuid hakkab valdavas osas kohalduma alates 12. augustist 2026. See toob ettevõtetele juurde uusi kohustusi ja nõudeid.

      In addition to packaging reporting, the company offers electrical and electronic equipment reporting, import and export customs declaration services, and sustainability reporting (ESG) preparation and consulting. The company also provides preparatory services and consulting for packaging audits.

      2025 was a successful year for the company. The client base grew and the volume of services provided to existing clients increased. The company has been profitable throughout its entire period of operation.

      In 2026, the company will continue to seek new clients and expand the volume of services provided to existing ones. Growth potential is seen particularly in the field of packaging reporting, where EU regulatory requirements continue to tighten. The new EU Packaging and Packaging

      Waste Regulation (PPWR) entered into force in February 2025 and will largely begin to apply from 12 August 2026, bringing new obligations and requirements for businesses.

      On 16 August, the company will celebrate its 10th year of operation.
