      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Norges Hus Nova OÜ on 29.09.2016.a. asutatud Eestis asuv ettevõte, mis põhineb 100% erakapitalil ning on spetsialiseerunud puitkarkass-elementmajade tootmisele ja müügile üle kogu Euroopa. Meie majasid võib leida nii Skandinaaviast, Kesk-Euroopast kui

      Lõuna-Euroopast.

      2024.majandusaastal kasvas meie müük oluliselt just sihtturgudel nagu Itaalia, Saksamaa, Austria, Hispaania, Portugal, Holland ning Iirimaa, kus nõudlus kaasaegsete ja energiatõhusate elementmajade järele on jätkuvalt suur.

      Ettevõte lõpetas liimpuittalade, varjualuste ja muude lisatoodete tootmise ning alates 2025. aastast keskendume täielikult vaid elementmajade tootmisele. Tootmine koliti 2024. aastal uuele aadressile Perila, Raasiku vald, kus kokku 2400 m² tootmispinda. Seal tegeleme puitdetailide lõikamise, seinapaneelide kokkupaneku ning katusefermide tootmisega. Muu personali kontoriruumid asuvad Tallinnas.

      Ettevõttes oli keskmine töötajate arv aruandeperioodil 6, võrdlusperioodil 7. Meeskond tegeleb jätkuvalt müügiga, arhitektuursete ja tehniliste jooniste koostamisega, samuti tootmisjooniste ja konstruktsioonide arvutustega.

      2024.aastal lõime mitmeid uusi projektimudeleid, mis on kohandatud just Lõuna-Euroopa turgudele, eelkõige Hispaania ja Portugali kliimale ja arhitektuurilistele nõudmistele. Samas on jätkuvalt ligikaudu 80% meie toodangust klientide eritellimusel valmistatud.

      Uue suunana alustasime korterelamute planeerimist ja tootmist, mis avab ettevõttele uusi võimalusi mahutootmises ja laiemal turul laienemiseks.

      Tööjõukulud olid aruandeperioodil 238183 eurot, võrdlusperioodil 255908 eurot. (vt lisa 14)

      Tegevuskeskkonna üldine makromajanduslik areng Norges Hus Nova OÜ majandustulemustele olulist mõju ei avaldanud. Ettevõtte äritegevus ei ole hooajaline ning äriühingu majandustegevus pole tsükliline.

      Aruandeperiood lõpetati 149706-eurose kahjumiga (võrdlusperiood 94731-eurose kasumiga). Käive vähenes 5,6%, võrdlusperioodil 54,2%.

      Norges Hus Nova OÜ majandustegevusega ei kaasne olulisi keskkonna- ja sotsiaalseid mõjusid. Majandusaasta jooksul ega ka aruande koostamise ajal ei ilmnenud valuutakursside, intressimäärade ja börsikurssidega seotud olulisi riske.

      Edasised tegevused on suunatud ettevõtte kasvu toetamisele, tootmise tõhustamisele ning uutele turgudele sisenemisele.
