      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Shubaritech OÜ asutati 07.10.2016.a. põhitegevusalaks on valmis tekstiiltoodete tootmine kasutades selles valdkonnas tootmisettevõttete allhanket.

      2018 majandusaastal tehti ettemaksed toodete eest, millised said valmis 2019 aastal ja olid realiseeritud Amazon platvormi kasutades. Tegevust finantseeritakse osanike laenude abil. 2020 aastal valmistatud kauba müük venib ja põhjustab kahjum.

      Osaühingu omakapital on negatiivne, aga juhatuse hinnangul ettevõtte jõuab kasumise 2025 majandusaastal, millega vijakse omakapital vastavalt Äriseadustiku nõuetele.
