      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Jansapuit OÜ on asutatud 28.10.16

      Tegevusaladeks on elamute ja mitteeluhoonete ehitus ning muude puittoodete valmistamine.

      Eelmise aasta põhitegevus on olnud reklaam, turupositsiooni tugevdamine, kliendisuhete arendamine jne. Suund on võetud soojustatud suve-ja saunamajade valmistamisele, mis viiakse kliendile valmiskujul kohale, koos paigaldusega. Oleme leidnud Eesti turul oma osa ja tootmine on oluliselt suurem võrreldes eelmise aastaga. Ka on tegeletud koolitustega, et olla omal alal konkurentsivõimeline.

      Kogu senise töö, nii reklaami, turunduse, näidiste valmistamise ja ka tootmise on ära teinud 1 inimene.

      Alates 2020 kevadest on kaasatud mitu põhikohaga töölist, lisaks kasutatakse ka juba ajutist abitööjõudu, kuna tellimusi on hakanud piisavalt laekuma. Ka on tööl mitu inimest, kellel on osaline töövõimetus ning kuna meil on 4 päevane töönädal siis tänu sellele saamegi ka neile tööd pakkuda, kes ei suudaks normaalse pikkusega tööpäevi taluda.

      2023 aasta plaanitakse lõpetada vaatamata toorme pidevale hinnatõusule ja idanaabri sõjategevusele positiivse kasumiga vaatamata sellele, et majatootmise sektoris pole just kõige paremad ajad. Oleme avanud ka teise tootmispinna Taebla rendipinnal ning plaanime kolmanda tehase avamist.

      Jansapuit OÜ tegutseb kahel rendipinnal: Paliveres ja Taeblas.

      Kokkuvõtteks, vaatamata algusaastate raskustele liigutakse siiski õiges suunas ning paari aastaga on saavutatud seda, mida paljud firmad saavutavad alles 4-6 aastaga, seda enam, et pole kaasatud lisainvestoreid ja oleme siiani turul püsinud. Oleme oma tootmispinda laiendanud ning momendil suudame tarnida oma maju üle kogu

      Eesti, kaasaarvatud saared.

      Meie tooted on turul nõutud kaup, järjekorrad on juba järgmise aasta kevades.

      Seoses sellega oleme alustanud ka suuremate hoonete tootmist 2023 a müügitulu oli 317038 eur ning ettevõtte kasum 22332 eur.
