      Uuringus sai küsitletud nii eakaid kui ka nooremaid inimesi, kes võiks eakamale sugulasele seeniorkodu valida.

      Loomulikult selgus, et eakad soovivad vananeda väärikalt.  Näiteks erinevalt nooremate sugulaste arvamusest on vähe neid vanureid, kes tahaks olla mitmekesi toas. Meditsiiniline pidev järelevalve on samuti olulisem noorematele kui eakamatele endile. Eakamad ise peavad olulisemaks erinevaid tegevusi majas ja selle lähistel ning oodatakse, et lähedaste külastus ja muu suhtlus nendega oleks tehtud lihtsaks.
