      Alai Group OÜ (registrikood 14162953) on Eesti õiguse alusel asutatud osaühing, mis registreeriti äriregistris 5. detsembril 2016. Ettevõtte asukoht on Savi tn 36, Pärnu linn, Pärnu maakond, 80047, Eesti Vabariik.

      Majandusaasta kestab 1. jaanuarist 31. detsembrini. Ettevõtte osakapital on 10 000 eurot.

      Ettevõtte peamine tegevusala on mootorsõidukite roostevastane kaitse ning korrosioonitõrjetöötlused (EMTAK 4520). Ettevõte pakub sõidukitele pikaajalisi korrosioonikaitse lahendusi, kasutades kaasaegseid materjale ja tehnoloogiat.

      2025. majandusaastal osutas ettevõte järgmisi põhiteenuseid: (cid:127) Sõidukite allpõhja roostevastane töötlemine (cid:127) Pikaajalisele kaitsele suunatud vaha- ja bitumenkatted (cid:127) Sõidukite alusraami ja korrosiooni diagnostika ning ennetus (cid:127) Korrosioonikaitset puudutav nõustamine

      Korrosioonikaitseteenus on hooajaline – suurem nõudlus esineb sügis-talvisel perioodil, mil teesoola kasutus suureneb. Ettevõte maandab seda riski püsiklientide baasi ja aastaringse teeninduse kaudu.

      Kasutatavate materjalide ja kemikaalide hinnad sõltuvad rahvusvahelisest tooraineturust. Hindade kõikumised võivad mõjutada teenuste omahinda.

      Ettevõte maandab konkurentsiriski kõrge spetsialiseerituse ning pikaajalise kogemusega korrosioonikaitse valdkonnas.

      Alai Group OÜ järgib oma tegevuses kehtivaid keskkonnaalaseid norme. Kasutatavate kemikaalide käitlemisel ning jäätmete kõrvaldamisel toimib ettevõte vastavalt Eesti jäätmeseadusele. Ohtlikud jäätmed antakse üle nõuetekohastele kogumispunktidele.

      2026. aastal seab ettevõte eesmärgiks müügitulu kasvatamise ning positiivse majandustulemuse jätkumise. Peamised eesmärgid: (cid:127) Teenindatavate sõidukite arvu suurendamine (cid:127) Kliendisuhete arendamine ja korduvkülastuste osakaalu tõstmine (cid:127) Eelmiste perioodide akumuleeritud kahjumi järjepidev vähendamine (cid:127) Põhivara hooldamine ja vajadusel uuendamine teenusekvaliteedi tagamiseks

      Ettevõtte juhtkond on optimistlik 2026. aasta väljavaadete suhtes ning loodab jätkata positiivset majandustulemust.
