      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Käesolevaga deklareerin oma vastutust raamatupidamise aastaaruande eest ja kinnitan, et lehekülgedel 2 kuni 11 toodud OÜ KAASIK GRUPP 2023.a. raamatupidamise aastaaruanne, mis on koostatud kooskõlas Eesti Vabariigi hea raamatupidamistavaga, kajastab ettevõtte finants-seisundit ja majandustulemust õigesti ja õiglaselt:

      OÜ Kaasik Grupp põhitegevuseks on ehitus ja remonttööd.

      Ettevõtte majandustegevusest saadud tuludega kaetakse tegevusega kaasnevad kulud.

      Käive 2023.a. oli ettevõtte käive 46034 eurot.

      OÜ Kaasik Grupp põhieesmärgiks järgmisel majandusaastal on firma turupositsiooni säilitamine ja kindlustamine olemasolevatel turgudel. Üheks ülesandeks on püsiklientide hoidmine ning uute koostööpartnerite leidmine.

      Töötajad

      Ettevõtte juhatus koosneb 2 liikmest, seejuures juhatuse esimees tegutseb ka ettevõtte tegevjuhina. Juhatuse liikmetele juhtimistegevuse eest tasu ei makstud.

      Osad

      Osadega aruandeaastal tehinguid toimunud ei ole.
