      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Advokaadibüroo Premium OÜ (edaspidi advokaadibüroo) asutati 23.02.2017. Büroo põhitegevusalaks on advokaatide ja advokaadibüroode tegevus.

      Advokaadibüroo eesmärk on pakkuda kõrgeimatele standarditele vastavat individualiseeritud advokaaditeenust, mis on orienteeritud igas olukorras kliendi jaoks parima lahenduse leidmisele. Advokaadibüroo advokaatide tegevust iseloomustab pühendumus oma tööle, pidev enesetäiendamine ning kliendi huvide arvestamine ja kaitsmine läbi paindliku ja personaalse kliendisuhte. Tugeva majandustaustaga advokaadid mõistavad oma äriklientide majandustegevuse olemust ning pakuvad välja klientide põhitegevuse seisukohast parimaid lahendusi.

      Advokaadibüroo advokaatide kogemused kohtuasjades võimaldavad valida iga kohtuvaidluse jaoks optimaalseima strateegia.

      2024. aastal advokaadibüroo säilitas oma positsiooni advokaaditeenuste turul. Advokaadibüroo peamine tegevusvaldkond on jätkuvalt vaidluste, sealhulgas kohtuvaidluste, lahendamine (klientide huvide esindamine kohtuasjades) ning advokaadibüroo teenindab üksnes lepingulisi kliente (ei osuta riigi õigusabi).

      Advokaadibüroo Premium OÜ osakapital 2 500 eurot on sisse makstud. Advokaadibüroo ainuosanik ja ainus juhatuse liige on vandeadvokaat

      Kaarel Kais. 2024. a majandusaasta oli advokaadibüroole seitsmes täispikk ja kokku kaheksas majandusaasta.

      Seisuga 31.12.2024 töötab büroos 1 vandeadvokaat.

      Advokaadibüroo 2024. a müügitulu oli 98 631 eurot ja puhaskasum 3 346 eurot. Võrdluses 2023. aastaga on nii müügitulu kui kasum jäänud suures plaanis samaks.

      Advokaadibüroo kapitaliseeritus on endiselt väga tugev, võimaldades advokaadibürool oma vahendite abil üle elada ka võimalikud välised kriisid (nt majanduslangus vms).

      2025. a on advokaadibürool kavas oma põhitegevusega jätkata, seejuures vajadusel palgates uusi advokaate või juriste. Advokaadibüroo peab oluliseks, et säiliks või kasvaks senine teenuste ekspordi osakaal kogu müügitulust, mille kaudu advokaadibüroo saab panustada Eesti majanduse arengusse. Müügitulu osas ootab advokaadibüroo 2025. aastal 2024. aastaga võrreldes kasvu, mis tuleneb oodatavalt nii osutatavate teenuste mahu kasvust kui teenuse hindade tõstmisest. Ka kasumi osas ootab advokaadibüroo mõningast kasvu.

      Advokaadibüroo Premium OÜ ei maksa 2024. a kasumist osanikule dividende, kuna osanikul puudub vajadus advokaadibüroo ettevõttest raha välja võtta ja kuna juhtkond peab jätkuvalt oluliseks tagada advokaadibüroo hea kapitaliseeritus ning kasutada teenitud raha ettevõtte edasiarendamiseks.
