      SeniorPlus Kodud OÜ on erakapitalil põhinev ettevõte, mis tegutseb Eesti turul pakkudes eakate üldhooldusteenust ja toetatud elamise teenust.

      Täiendavalt pakume meie kodudes ka koduõendusteenust. Ettevõtte opereerib Raplamaal kolme teenusüksust, sh Kehtna eakatekodu,

      Järvakandi eakatekodu ja Lokuta ühiskodu. Kokku on meie üksustes 80 teenuskohta. Alates 2024 aastast on meie ettevõtte Bureau Veritas

      Eesti OÜ poolt sertifitseeritud, mis tõendab, et meie tegevus vastab ISO 9001:2015 standarti nõuetele.

      2024 majandusaasta käive oli 1 355 657 eurot ja kasumiks kujunes 390 756 eurot. Kasumist 255 132 eurot on tegevuskasum, ülejäänud osa kasumist moodustab tellitud hindamisaktide alusel kinnisvara õiglasele väärtusele ümberhindamine.

      2025 aastal plaanime: - parandada meie klientide elamistingimusi renoveerides meie teenusüksuseid ja teha investeeringuid põhivarasse.

      Ettevõttes töötab kokku 40 töötajat ja töövõtjat. Juhatus koosneb ühest liikmest. Nõukogu ei ole moodustatud.
