      Jumping Fitness OÜ põhitegevusalaks on aeroobikaklubide ja jõusaalide tegevus (EMTAK kood 93131).

      2024 aastal ettevõte aktiivset majandustegevust ei korraldanud ning müügitulu ei teeninud. Aasta jooksul kajastati kuluna põhivara amortisatsiooni 1 110 euro ulatuses (põhivara väärtus amortiseeriti täielikult) ning maksuvõlaga seotud intressikulu ligikaudu 200 euro ulatuses.

      Aruandeaasta kahjum kujunes 1 310 eurot. Ettevõtte varad koosnesid 2024. aasta lõpu seisuga nullini amortiseerunud põhivarast.

      2024 aasta lõpu seisuga on omakapital negatiivne (–25 376 eurot), mis ei vasta äriseadustikus sätestatud netovara nõuetele. Juhatus on teadlik olukorrast ja kavandab omakapitali taastamiseks meetmeid, sealhulgas omaniku täiendavaid sissemakseid ning võimalike varade realiseerimist.
