The Company Story

Our practice stands with empathy and experiential support, helping people move through complex feelings and find violenceless self-care. We work with people who need a calm, caring space to understand their emotions and learn more kindly about themselves.

Many people who turn suffer from the effects of anxiety, anger, guilt, grief or chronic disease, or experience difficulties in protecting themselves and setting their borders. These experiences may undermine your feeling and ability to take care of yourself; our focus is on recognizing and feeding these painful places next to them.

We offer individual meetings where targeted travel and compassion support practices are used to create a secure process for processing affected material and restoring internal work. Services are available face-to-face in Põlva, Tallinn and Tartu, as well as online to ensure access, depending on the need and situation.

Unlike the medical or dialogue approach, we combine experiential methods and compassionate work and act as an accredited traveler and a Compassion Key certificate. Our work aims to help people find greater generosity towards themselves, clearer borders and restored overall prosperity.
