ANKITER OÜ tegevusaruanne 2023

Ankiter OÜ on loodud 2017. aastal, eesmärgiga kasvatada teravilja ja rapsi.

2023. aastal toimus majandusaasta perioodi muutus, mille tõttu 2023. aasta aruanne hõlmab tavapärase 12 kuu asemel 14 kuulist perioodi 01.11.2022-31.12.2023.

Aruandeperioodi 14 kuu (01.11.2022-31.12.2023) kokkuvõttena moodustas Ankiter OÜ müügitulu 1548 tuhat eurot, mis võrreldes 2022. aastaga kasvas 17%. Seda põhjustas eelkõige teravilja ja rapsi 2022.aasta novembris-detsembris olnud kõrge teravilja müügihind ja eelmise perioodi teravilja varu.

2023.aastal kasvatatud teraviljakultuurid olid: talinisu, talioder, suvioder, taliraps, suviraps ja uba. Teravilja kasvatati nii omanduses oleval maal kui ka rendimaadel.

Käibe kasv (%) = (müügitulu 2023 - müügitulu 2022) / müügitulu 2022 * 100

Kasumi kasv (%) = (puhaskasum 2023 - puhaskasum 2022) / puhaskasum 2022 * 100

Puhasrentaablus (%) = puhaskasum / müügitulu * 100

Lühiajaliste kohustuste kattekordaja (kordades) = käibevara / lühiajalised kohustused

ROA (%) = puhaskasum / varad kokku * 100

ROE (%) = puhaskasum / omakapital kokku * 100

Investeeringud 2023. aastal soetati maad ja kaasajastati tehnikaparki.

2024. aastal investeeritakse võimaluste piires tehnoloogia parendamisse ja tehnika uuendamisse. Võimalusel soetatakse põllumaad.

Personal

Ankiter OÜ juhatus koosneb ühest liikmest. Juhatuse liikmele 2023. aastal juhatuse liikme tasu ei makstud, samuti ei ole juhatuse liikmele tagasikutsumise korral täiendavat kompensatsiooni ette nähtud.

Palgakulu kokku koos sotsiaalmaksudega moodustas 196,8 tuhat eurot.

Hooajalisusest tulenevalt on keeruline võtta tööle põhikohaga töötajaid, sest talvekuudel ei ole neile tööd võimaldada. Aruandeperioodi lõpuga töötas ettevõttes 6 töölepinguga töötavat töötajat.

Ankiter OÜ on jätkuvalt tegutsev ettevõte.
