Throughout 2022, the company continued its active growth both in terms of economic aspects and the range of products offered to the end consumer.
The company's main activity in 2022 was the sale of dietary supplements, cosmetics and books via the internet. All products are made in Europe, all trademarks and packaging have been created and developed by us, and all necessary permits and documentation have been obtained for official sales in each country for each product.
In 2022, the company achieved its main objectives: - planned turnover growth in selected target markets; - integration of new technological processes and further development of our CRM systems; - development and launch of new products; - improving and developing the quality of customer service and telemarketing; - improving order processing and delivery processes to reduce delivery times and return rates; - finding new channels and partners for advertising campaigns and marketing our products on the internet.

Our main markets where we actively developed and conducted sales are: Italy, Germany, Austria, Spain and Portugal.
IMPORTANT EVENTS OF 2022
It is worth noting that despite a noticeable global economic downturn, high inflation, rising raw material and electricity prices in Europe and around the world, the company's development in 2022 continued to be positively inclined and was supported by numerous factors, significant actions and events.
Main ones worth mentioning: - active development and updating of our internal platform; - optimization of costs related to service partners; - increase in advertising volume along with an increase in content quality, including the production of attractive advertising materials; - confirmation of purchase prices agreed with suppliers; - updating the packaging designs of main products and introduction of new technologies.
PLANNED ACTIVITIES FOR 2023 In 2023, we plan to invest in the company's development in other areas.
It should also be mentioned that due to a global brand change and internal changes, the company will cease active online sales to the end consumer in the first quarter of 2023. It was decided to focus on developing the company in the advertising and technology business in the direction of e-commerce.
