The general overview in 2022 is that the company continued with the areas of activity it had been involved in previous years.

The product range includes electric scooters, coolers, radiant heat ovens, patio heaters, and grill products.

Battery-powered garden equipment is also available.

We increased the sales volumes of electric scooters, and exports also increased. The sales volume of grill products and garden equipment remained stable compared to the previous year. We were able to increase the sales of our Blackstone brand ceramic grills and it has found a consumer base in the market and is growing.

There was a slight decline in the domestic market with electric heaters, which was caused by a drastic increase in electricity prices.

The main goal was to start exporting to the United States. Unfortunately, the equipment tests for obtaining UL certificates in the US laboratory turned out to be more time-consuming than we originally planned and this has been postponed.

At the end of the year, we signed an exclusive import agreement with the electric moped brand Talaria. The agreement guarantees the right to sell in the Baltic countries for a longer period.

Due to the increase in electricity prices and the arrival of the heating season in the fall, we were able to increase the sales volumes of infrared radiant heat ovens both in Estonia and in export markets. Heating devices use liquid fuel and consume very little electricity. Heating devices began to be used as additional heating in warehouses, production halls.

We visited fairs in Sweden and Norway. We will also continue to participate in international fairs in 2023 to find partners for other countries' markets.

In conclusion, the 2022 financial year was the same as forecasted. The growth in wholesale and export sales volume mainly came from Finland, Norway, and Estonia through the sales of electric scooters and radiant heat ovens.

In previous financial years, the company has involved working capital and will continue to do so in the future
