      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      GoStock OÜ tegeleb äri- ja hobikeskuse arendamisega Viimsis. Tegemist on ministockoffice tüüpi lao- ja büroopindadega. Ostetud on arendatav kinnistu Viimsis. 2018. aastal alustas ettevõte hoone projekteerimisega ning aasta lõpu seisuga oli valminud hoone arhitektuurne eelprojekt. Ühtlasi alustati turunduslike materjalide loomisega. 2018. aastal valmis ettevõtte müügiplatvorm.

      2021. aastal lõpetati Gostock OÜ ärihoone projekteerimise protsess. Märtsis 2021 väljastati hoonele ehitusluba.

      GoStock OÜ tegeles ärihoone turundslike tegevustega ja kliendihuvi kaardistamisega läbi välimeedia kampaania (www.gostock.ee). Kliendihuvi oli kokkuvõttes hea. Ühtlasi tegeleti Kaare tee 2 hoonestusprojekti eelarvestusega. Hoone ehituse algus lükati edasi seoses keerulise makromajandusliku olukorraga ning ehitushindade väga kiire kasvuga.

      Aastatel 2022 ja 2023 täiendavaid tegevusi ei toimunud.
