      SOLITA OÜ tegevusaruanne 2024

      Solita OÜ on 2017. aastal loodud ettevõtte, mille põhitegevusalaks on IT teenuste osutamine.

      Aasta 2024. möödus Solita OÜ-le arvestades üldiseid majandusolusid hästi. Tiimiga liitus uusi spetsialiste, kuid kuna oli ka lahkujaid, siis töötajate arv aastaga ei kasvanud. Jätkusid tööd Solita grupi teiste klientidega Rootsis ja Soomes. Lisaks Soome ja Rootsi klientidele oli 2024 uueks ärisuunaks ka müük Eestis, kus suurimaks kliendiks oli Eesti Raudtee. Lisaks ka mõned teised kliendid, kelle töö maht ei olnud nii suur.

      Peamiseks tuluallikaks oli IT arendusteenuse pakkumine Solita ema- ja sõsarettevõtetele teistes riikides: Soomes ja Rootsis.

      Solita käive ja muud majandustulemused jäid sarnaseks 2023. aastaga. Seoses personali kogemuste kasvuga ja inflatsiooniga kasvasid ka personalikulud.

      Tööjõuturg muutus 2024 aastal märkimisväärselt. See võimaldas palgata kogenumaid spetsialiste ja muuta kogu tiimi tugevamaks ja kogenumaks.

      2025. aastal jätkab Solita kasvu, fokusseerudes samas kasumlikkusele. Plaan on kasvatada töötajate arvu 40-lt 50-le. Eesti IT-tööjõuturu olukord on võrreldes 2024 sarnane ja suudame palgata ka seenior spetsialiste. Peamine fookus on Solita sõsarettevõtete klientide teenindamisel ning üksikute Eesti suurklientide leidmisel.
