      Equity United OÜ asutati eesmärgiga teostada private equity investeeringuid. 2018. aasta lõpus käivitas Equity United koos kaasinvestoritega Usaldusfondi Equity United PE1 UÜ. Usaldusfondi eesmärk on pakkuda kasvukapitali Eestis, Lätis ja Leedus tegutsevatele väike- ja keskmise suurusega ettevõtetele.

      Müügitulu oli aruandeaastal 226 tuh. (2022: 384 tuh.) eurot.

      Töötajaid oli ettevõttes 3 (2022: 4), kellele maksti töötasu 121 tuh. (2022: 158 tuh.) euri. Juhatuse liikmetele pole tasusid ega muid soodustusi ette nähtud.

      Aruandeperioodil ei antud välja garantiisid ega võetud kohustusi, mis võiksid oluliselt mõjutada eelseisvate aastate finantsseisundit ja majanduslikku olukorda.

      Equity United OÜ on jätkuvalt tegutsev.
