      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Ettevõtte 2025. aruandeaasta põhitegevusteks olid transporditeenuse, autovaruosade müük ja vahendus ning vähesel määral traalpüügilaevade hooldusteenuse müük.

      Aastal 2025 laiendati ettevõtte tegevust autovaruosade müügi ja vahenduse valdkonnas Eestis ja Põhjamaades, vastavalt eelmisel aruandeaastal kavandatud plaanidele.

      Detsembris 2025 lõi ettevõte tütarettevõtte ja asutas Netparts OÜ, mille kaudu jätkatakse tegevust põhirõhuga autovaruosade valdkonnas.

      Aruandeaasta tegevuse rahastamiseks kasutati senisest enam laenufinantseerimist.

      Keskmine töötajate arv aruandeaastal oli 1 töötaja.

      Juhatust aruandeaasta jooksul ei tasustatud, muid soodustusi ja eraldisi juhatus ei saanud.

      2026. aastal jätkab ettevõte transporditeenuste ja ekspedeerimisteenuste osutamisega, vähesel määral ehitiste viimistlemise ja üldehitustöödega ning põhitegevusena kodutehnika müügi ja läbi Netparts OÜ autovaruosade müügi ja vahendusega.

      Ettevõte on jätkuvalt tegev.
