      Puumet OÜ on 100% erakapitalil põhinev osaühing, mis registreeriti Tartu Maakohtu registriosakonnas 15.12.2017. Osaühingu juhatus on üheliikmeline. Puumet OÜ majandusarvestuse üldine korraldus ja aruandluse esitamise alused põhinevad Eesti Vabariigi majandusarvestust reguleerival seadusandlusel (Äriseadustik, EV Raamatupidamise seadus, maksustamist reguleeriv seadusandlus) ja heal raamatupidamistaval.
