      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      NOCC Solutions OÜ on 2018. aasta jaanuaris asutatud äriühing, mille põhitegevusalaks on elamute ja mitteeluhoonete ehitus (EMTAK 41001). Oma teenuseid pakutakse nii Eestis kui ka naaberriikides.

      Ettevõttel on Soomes püsiv tegevuskoht ja sellest lähtuvalt on ka maksukohustused nii Eesti Vabariigi kui ka Soome Vabariigi ees.

      2025. aastal suutis ettevõte oma müügimahte märgatavalt parandada, kuna inflatsioon oli aeglustunud ja tarbimine taastus- saavutati taas märkimisväärne kasum. Et müük suureneks, tuli pikendada klientide maksetähtaegasid. Koos müügiga kasvasid ka kulud- tõusid sisendhinnad (energia, transport, tooraine) ja suurenesid turundus- ja arengukulud. Samuti suurenesid võlad tarnijatele, st osteti rohkem kaupu krediidiga.

      ROA = puhaskasum / 14,42% - 51,98% - 10,66% varad kokku

      ROE = puhaskasum / 52,37% - 92,18% - 16,02% omakapital kokku 2026. aastal jätkatakse samal suunal. Ettevõtte põhieesmärkideks on kulude vähendamine ja vähemalt 10%-lise kasumimarginaali saavutamine.
