      OÜ LeyaKo (edaspidi osaühing) oli asutatud ning kantud Äriregistrisse 29. jaanuarils 2018. aastal. Osaühingu majandusaasta moodustab 12 kuud. Majandusaasta algus on 1.jaanuaril ning majandusaasta lõpp on 31.detsembril.

      Osaühingu põhitegevusala Eesti majanduse tegevusalade klassifikaatori järgi on 74451 ehk Kosmeetika ja tualetitarvete jaemüük

      LeyaKo OU töötab Lõuna-Korea kosmeetikatoodete peamiste tarnijate ja tootjatega.

      Aruandeperioodi müügitulu moodustas 1 288 537 EUR. Aruandeperioodi kasum kujunes 194 986 EUR. Osaühingu juhatus koosneb kahest liikmest.

      Järgmisel aastal osaühing planeerib laiendada oma klientuuri ning suurendada ettevõte kasumit. Põhieesmärkideks on turupositsiooni säilitamine ning kindlustamine olemasolevatel turgudel; uute klientide ning turgude leidmine; käive püsiva kasvu kindlustamine; omakapitali tulutase kindlustamine; turu muutustele kiir reageerimine.
