      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Tegevusvaldkond 2018. aastal asutatud ühingu Armein OÜ peamiseks tegevusalaks on metsaraie. Ettevõtte kõikides asjaajamistes on põhiväärtusteks korrektsus, ausus ning täpsus.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum

      Majandusaastal oli Armein OÜ netokäive 104841 eurot ning kasum 1856 eurot. Ettevõtte majandustegevus jätkus ootuspäraselt - seatud tegevuseemärgid ning finantseesmärgid saavutati. Järgnevaks majandusaastaks planeeritakse käibe kasvu 10...15%.

      Puhaskasumi plaani mõjutavad oluliselt hindade tõus ja üldine majanduse vaikseis.

      Investeeringud

      Aruandeaastal ettevõtlusega seotud põhivarasid ei soetatud. Tulevasel majandusaastal on plaanis mõned ettevõtlusega seotud investeeringud põhivaradesse vastavalt avanevatele ärivõimalustele.

      Uurimis- ja arendusprojektid

      Ühingul ei ole käimas ega plaanitud lähiaastatele olulise mahukusega teaduslikke uurimis- ega arendusprojekte, mida ei oleks kajastatud käesolevas majandusaasta aruandes.

      Personal

      Palgakulu aruandeaastal oli 2519 eur. Juhatuse liikmele juhatuse töö eest aruandeaastal töötasu ei makstud. Ühingu majandustegevust korraldab juhatus.

      Ühing on juhatuse hinnangul jätkuvalt tegutsev majandusüksus.
