      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Osaühing TULITEC asutati 02.05.2018. Ettevõtte asutamiseks kasutati EAS starditoetust. Peamiseks tegevusvaldkonnaks on ehituslik insener-tehniline projekteerimine ja nõustamine. Viimastel aastatel on tegevusaladele lisandunud BIM-põhised IT-arendused. Ettevõte pakub mudelprojekteerimise (BIM) koordineerimist, tugiteenuseid, konsultatsioone ning tarkvara- ja IT-arenduse teenuseid. Olulisel kohal on ehitusmaterjalide tootjatele pakutavad parameetriliste BIM-objektide koostamise ja levitamise teenused.

      Aruandeaastal 2024 olid olulisemad töös olnud projektid: - Paide päästekomando ehituseaegne BIM-koordineerimine ja teostusmudeli komplekteerimine, - Rakvere Ukuaru muusikamaja ehituseaegne BIM-koordineerimine ja teostusmudeli komplekteerimine, mille tegevus jätkub ka järgmisel perioodil, - Hiiu Põhikooli ehituseaegne BIM-koordineerimine ja teostusmudeli komplekteerimine, mille tegevus jätkub ka järgmisel perioodil, - Stellar Residence ehituseaegne BIM-koordineerimine, mille tegevus jätkub ka järgmisel perioodil, - Rail Baltica jalg- ja jalgrattatee tunneli projekteerimise ja ehitamise BIM-koordineerimine, - Mitmed teised riigi objektid, mille lõpparendajateks on RKAS või Rail Baltica.

      Lisaks BIM-koordineerimisele viidi ellu mitmeid projekte BIM-objektide ja digitaalsete tootekataloogide loomise valdkonnas, millest olulisemad olid: - Saku Metall BIM-objektide ja digitaalse tootekataloogi loomine ProdLib süsteemis, - Weckman BIM-objektide ja digitaalse tootekataloogi loomine ProdLib süsteemis.

      Ettevõtte klientideks on Eestis mitmed projekteerimisettevõtted (nt Sirkel & Mall OÜ, Projektibüroo OÜ, Infragate Eesti AS), ehituse peatöövõtjad (nt Ehitustrust AS, Revin Grupp OÜ, Fund Ehitus OÜ, Vanalinna Ehitus OÜ), materjalitootjad (nt Toode AS, ETS NORD AS, Solarstone OÜ,

      R-FIX OÜ, AS Saku Metall Uksetehas, ESCO AS) ning mitmed kinnisvaraarendusega tegelevad ettevõtted.

      2025. aastal jätkub põhitegevus BIM-koordineerimise, konsultatsioonide, samuti BIM-modelleerimise ja BIM-objektide koostamise valdkonnas.

      Suur rõhk pannakse ka meeskonna koolitamisele ja pädevuse tõstmisele, et tagada teenuste kõrge kvaliteet ning vastavus kiiresti areneva

      BIM-sektori vajadustele. Eesmärgiks on jätkuvalt laiendada ka esindatavate tarkvarade turundust ja müüki ning luua TULITEC-i kogemusel põhinevaid BIM-õppevideoid, et anda oma panus valdkonna teadlikkuse ja pädevuse kasvule.

      Ettevõttes töötab hetkel 4 meeskonnaliiget, lisaks on igapäevaselt seotud 2 partnerit.

      Muutuv ja ebastabiilne turuolukord ehitussektoris suurendab järjest enam vajadust digitaliseerimise ning nutikate ja kuluefektiivsete lahenduste järele. Efektiivne andmevahetus, täpne projekteerimine ning reaalajas koordineerimine muutuvad senisest olulisemaks. TULITEC OÜ on selle muutuse keskmes, pakkudes oma klientidele innovatiivseid BIM-lahendusi, praktilist konsultatsiooni ning arendusi, mis toetavad kogu valdkonna digipöörde elluviimist. Ettevõtte eesmärk on olla usaldusväärne partner digitaliseerimise teekonnal – alates projekteerimisest kuni teostuseni.
