      Ülevaade ettevõtte tegevusest

      OÜ Mustamäe Spa on asutatud 17.mai 2018. Peamiseks ettevõtte tegevusvaldkondadeks on vee- ja saunakeskuse teenuste ning ilu ja heaoluteenuste osutamine.

      OÜ Mustamäe Spa kaubamärgiks on Elamus Spa, mille nime all oma tooteid müüakse ja turundatakse. Elamus Spa põhiliseks kliendiks on kujunenud kohalikud elanikud kui ka eelkõige lähiriikidest pärit turistid, kes on meile oluliseks sihtrühmaks.

      Mustamäe Spa OÜ tegevust saab lugeda hooajaliseks. Kõrghooaeg on meie kliimavööndis kaheksa pimedat kuud, madalhooaeg maist augustini. Hooajalisuse ühtlustamiseks ning klientide sihtrühma suurendamiseks valmis meil 2024. aasta IV kvartali alguses uus lasteala koos liutorudega, mis on klientide poolt väga positiivselt vastu võetud.

      Valuutarisk ja intressimäärade muutumise risk

      Ettevõtte valuutarisk on madal kuna enamik tehingutest teostatakse eurodes. Mustamäe Spa OÜ finantskohustused on seotud ujuva intressimääraga ja maandamata intressiriskiga, mistõttu majanduskeskkonna kõikumisest tulenev baasintressimäärade alanemine või suurenemine toob endaga kaasa vastavalt intressikulude languse või kasvu. Ettevõtte kohustused on peamiselt seotud 6-kuu EURIBORiga.

      Aruandeaasta oli ettevõtte jaoks viies tegutsemise aasta. 2024. aastal tehti Investeeringuid tehti ca 3,2 miljoni euro eest.

      Keskmiselt töötas 2024. aastal 69 töötajat.

Eesmärgiks koolitada meeskonna liikmeid, mille läbi parandada veelgi teeninduse kvaliteeti ning võtta vastu veel rohkem rahulolevaid külastajaid.
