We are a consultancy company in the area of building permits and compliance, with the aim of making processes related to the right to use and supervision of buildings understandable and manageable. We gather the necessary knowledge and documentation, carry out technical checks and submit applications on behalf of our customers in the Building Register in order to reduce the administrative burden on the client and increase the transparency of the application. Cooperation begins with a free initial review, on the basis of which we identify the missing and offer a solution for further action.
We are distinguished by a practical approach: free initial consultation, document processing and uploading to the Building Register for the client and an obligation to respond to the municipality's comments only within the agreed time frame. We act locally and contribute to clear, time-consuming and effective solutions that help to achieve faster authorisation or approval of safe use.
